How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during weekends, holidays, spring, and summer months. Popular rentals can sell out quickly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your rental and secure your event date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and other electronic payment methods. Contact us for current payment options.
What happens if it rains?
Safety comes first. If severe weather is expected, we'll work with you to reschedule your event whenever possible.
Do you deliver, set up, and take down the equipment?
Yes! Our team handles delivery, setup, and pickup so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely! Every bounce house and water slide is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental.
How much space do I need for a bounce house or water slide?
Space requirements vary depending on the inflatable. Check the product description or contact us, and we'll help determine the best fit for your yard or venue.
Do I need electricity?
Yes. Most inflatables require a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. If power is unavailable, we offer generator rentals.
Can inflatables be set up on concrete or pavement?
Yes. We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and other approved surfaces. Let us know your setup area when booking.
Can adults use the bounce houses?
Some inflatables are suitable for adults, while others are designed specifically for children. Ask us which units work best for your event.
Silent Disco Questions
What is a Silent Disco?
A Silent Disco is a unique party experience where guests listen to music through wireless headphones instead of traditional speakers. Each guest can choose between multiple music channels and control their own volume.
Does the Silent Disco package come with a DJ?
No. Our Silent Disco rentals do not automatically include a DJ.
How do guests listen to music without a DJ?
You have two options:
- Rent our MP3 players that come preloaded with music playlists.
- Hire one of our Silent Disco Operators to manage the music and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your event.
What is a Silent Disco Operator?
A Silent Disco Operator is a member of our team who handles the music setup, assists guests, changes playlists, monitors equipment, and helps keep the party running smoothly.
Can I use my own DJ?
Absolutely! Your DJ can connect directly to our Silent Disco transmitters and broadcast music to the headphones.
Can I connect my own phone, tablet, or laptop?
Yes. Most smartphones, tablets, laptops, and audio devices can connect to our Silent Disco system.
How many channels are available?
Our Silent Disco headphones allow guests to switch between multiple music channels, giving everyone the ability to listen to their favorite genre.
Are Silent Discos good for neighborhood parties?
Yes! Since the music is played through headphones instead of speakers, Silent Discos are perfect for neighborhoods, parks, apartment complexes, weddings, and venues with noise restrictions.
How many headphones can I rent?
We offer packages for small gatherings, birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, school functions, and large-scale events with over 100 guests.
Photo Booth Questions
Do attendants come with the photo booth?
Depending on the package selected, an attendant may be included. Contact us for package details.
Can guests instantly share their photos?
Yes! Many of our photo booth packages allow guests to instantly text, email, or download their photos.

Do you provide movies?
No. Customers are responsible for providing or legally streaming the movie content.

What is the weather cancellation policy?
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe due to rain, high winds, or severe weather, we may refuse service. No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations. We will offer a free reschedule to the next available date. π

Will I get a refund if my booking is canceled because of weather?
No. If we cancel or refuse service because of rain or high winds, we do not issue refunds. Instead, we reschedule at no additional charge. This keeps everyone safe and preserves service quality. βπ
Can I cancel early because of bad weather and get a refund?
Customer-initiated early cancellations due to weather follow the same rule. No refunds will be issued for early cancellations that are weather related. You may request a free reschedule instead. πβοΈ
What does "we reserve the right to refuse service" mean?
